 This was our first experience of using Cat Companions and won’t be our last! From the first intake with Leah to the meeting with Kari, I knew our two cats Cheeseburger and Gypsy were in good hands!! I received a detailed note and pictures each day in the portal. LOVED THAT!!
I call those pictures POL (proof of life) but when you’re far away from your pets it just makes you feel better. Not only were the cats VERY well taken care of and loved on💕 but litter boxes cleaned daily and the surrounding area swept up. Cari and Takayo also kept our outside potted plants alive in this intense heat by daily watering👏 My cats definitely loved the routine of the caregivers, I hope I can live up to their new expectations 😂😻😻

 We love having Companion Keepers care for our 2 cats. They care for them as good as we do. I would recommend them for a weekend out of town and longer visits too. Our cats do well for a few days on their own but I don't worry at all when I know they are being looked after by Leah and her team of sitters.
 My fiancé and I were looking for a someone to watch our cat, Elizabeth, while we were out of town on Labor Day weekend. We did not want to board her and we wanted to keep her in an environment where she was comfortable while we were gone. We came across Companion Keepers since they were able to come to our area in Stone Oak and check on Elizabeth at our home. We reached out to Leah about a month before we left and she was able to accommodate us for that weekend. Throughout the time prepping for our leave and working with Leah, there was such a high level of professionalism and care for making sure they knew what worked best for Elizabeth. They were also very accommodating, working with our schedule and reschedules of our in-person visit prior to leaving. The app they use is super helpful, easy to use, and Leah and her team respond in a very timely manner. We always got a respond with questions within 12 hours. While we were gone, Emily and Takayo came to check in on Elizabeth every morning. They would attempt to play with her and get her to interact, but never forced her to play. Both Emily and Takayo would indicate on the app when they would arrive at our home. At the end of the session, they would send us a report and many photos of Elizabeth. It really calmed our stress knowing Elizabeth was okay. We are very thankful for Leah and her team and we would highly recommend.

  I love this service! I have used them for years now. They check the pool level, water my herbs, neatly stack my mail and tend to all the needs of my sweet girl. On our most recent vacation, a clean white shirt box lid was brought for my cat’s entertainment along with catnip, a soft toy and tissue paper. I was sent pictures of every visit to see how content she seemed. It was reassuring she was getting such great care. She wore out the box lid so I got a stronger one and she has lived in it for weeks now! What a great idea! I highly recommend Companion Keepers Cat Sitting. They are dependable, trust worthy, engaged and professional.
 Wonderful experience with this excellent company. We were so nervous to leave our kitties for ten whole days, as we haven’t previously been apart for that long, but Leah and her team made us so comfortable. You can see the integrity and compassion these folks have for their duties from the very first phone call. The updates were very detailed, these ladies care so very much for the kitties they are watching after. Their kindness and thoughtfulness touched my heart and reassured me my fur babies are very well taken care of. There are not enough kind things I can say about Leah and her team and I am forever grateful to have found them.
 Leah doesn't just watch your animal, she also prepares you, through her extensive knowledge, for your next travel or emergency. The care she provided to my cat, and the knowledge she gave me, went above and beyond her pricing. You can immediately tell she truely cares about your animals when you're gone, and does everything she can to make them comfortable while you are away. I would give more than 5 stars, but Google limits me to only 5.
 During the unexpected snowstorm in Texas that shut half of the state down, we was delayed in Dallas with no way home. Leah and her group went way above and beyond for us! Getting out in the terrible weather, which was no mean feat, they opened the cabinet doors at our house, made sure the water was dripping and took fabulous care of our babies in a truly unexpected situation! While stressed out regarding getting home, I wasn't stressed out at all about our fur babies!
 I had to visit my family back in Los Angeles for 2 weeks and have never used a cat sitting service, and am I glad I found Companion Keepers! From start to finish, Leah, the owner, was extremely professional and prompt in her communication and everything from the Zoom meeting to the in-home visit made me feel confident that they would not only take care of my 3 cats but also give them plenty of individual attention.
During my trip, I received very detailed daily written updates from the sitter, Emily. The write ups were so well written and positive, that I could tell Emily was really caring and giving my cats plenty of love. The photos and videos of them were a huge plus! When I came back from my trip, my cats were still their same old selves and I can tell they were really cared for by Emily. I highly recommend Companion Keepers to everyone!  I am so happy I found Companion Keepers Cat Sitting. This was the first time we left our cat since moving to San Antonio and they made the experience comforting to know she was in great hands. Everyone was professional, courteous, and just really nice, genuine people. They are really great at their job and I was surprised they were able to find our cat in her many hiding places. Their app was seamless and easy to use. The updates and pictures made us smile and feel comforted that she was in great hands. Will recommend using them for your next trip away or in case of any emergencies because you can definitely trust that they will be there to care for your furry cats.
